Electronic Leak Detection - We use the most advanced method!

We are dedicated to providing professional service in a timely manner.

Our prices include finding and fixing the leak, if it is minor.

90% of pool leaks are minor and can be patched using underwater epoxies or sealants.

If your leak requires a major repair (cutting through the deck), it will result in an additional charge.

A proposal will be submitted for major repairs.

Before the Leak Test

Try to have this information available before calling:

How often do you have to fill your pool and how many inches do you add each time?

Does the water seem to stabilize at a certain level?

Visually inspect the equipment area with the pump running for any leaks.

If you see any puddles, drips, or spraying water, call your pool service technician and have

the necessary repairs made, prior to a leak test.

This may be the cause of your water loss.

After the Leak Test

It is important to monitor your pool after our inspection.  If you find that you are still losing water,

determine how much you are losing in a 24-hour period, and call us immediately.

Maintaining proper water level in your pool is extremely important.

Try to keep the water level of your pool at mid skimmer.

Overfilling the pool stops the skimmer from working well and wastes water.

Having a low water level can cause damage to your pool equipment.

How to monitor your pool:

WATER LEVEL
Fill pool to normal level (mid skimmer), turn the system off to let the water stabilize.
Mark with a crayon or tape, and check the mark 24 hours later,  make a note of any change.

Factors that may affect your results:

OVERFILLING

Overfilling your pool can cause unnecessary damage to the ground under your deck or pavers.

Skimmers do not have a watertight seal on the top and the water can seep through that space.

Some pools are equipped to automatically drain and self-adjust to the normal level

(mid skimmer) when overfilled.

These are 2 good examples of why you should not begin your monitoring process from

a high level. Your results would be false.

RAIN

Rain can produce the same results as overfilling.  Do not begin your monitoring process until your water is at the normal level (mid skimmer).

You should not take your measurement unless you have a rain-free 24 hour period.

EVAPORATION

Due to certain climate conditions and water features, your pool / spa can normally lose from 1/8" - 1/4” per day.
